پاکستان کی کتنی فیصد آبادی کو بجلی کی سہولت دستیاب ہے؟سروے رپورٹ میں حیران کن انکشاف

اسلام آباد ( آن لائن )بجلی کی بلاتعطل فراہمی سے قومی معیشت کو سالانہ 5.8 ارب ڈالر کا فائدہ پہنچایا جا سکتا ہے جو جی ڈی پی کے 2.5 فیصد کے مساوی ہے۔ پاکستان میں 98 فیصد آبادی کو بجلی کی سہولت دستیاب ہے۔ سرکاری ہا ؤس ہولڈ سروے رپورٹ 2016 کے مطابق ملک کی شہری آبادی کو 100 فیصد جبکہ دیہی آبادی کو 96 فیصد بجلی کی سہولت حاصل ہے، اس طرح بجلی کی دستیابی کا مجموعی تناسب 98 فیصد ہے۔انٹرنیشنل انرجی ایجنسی(آئی ای ای) کی 2017 کی رپورٹ کے اعدادوشمار کے مطابق پاکستان کی مجموعی آبادی کے 74 فیصد
حصہ کو بجلی کی سہولت حاصل ہے جس میں 90 فیصد شہری جبکہ 63 فیصد دیہی آبادی شامل ہے۔ دوسری جانب انٹرنیشنل فنانس کارپوریشن (آئی ایف سی) کی سروے رپورٹ 2015 کے مطابق پاکستان میں بجلی کی دستیابی کی مجموعی شرح 65 فیصد کے قریب ہے۔آئی ایف سی کی رپورٹ کے مطابق بجلی کی بلاتعطل دستیابی سے صارفین کی آمدن اور اخراجات پر براہ راست اثرات مرتب ہوتے ہیں جس سے فی کس آمدن میں 37 فیصد اضافہ کیا جا سکتا ہے جس سے ان کے غذائی اور غیرغذائی اخراجات میں 15 اور 9 فیصد کے اضافہ سے ان کے معیار زندگی میں بہتری لائی جا سکتی ہے۔رپورٹ کے مطابق بجلی کی بلاتعطل اور قابل بھروسہ فراہمی سے جی ڈی پی میں سالانہ 5.8 ارب ڈالر یعنی جی ڈی پی میں 2.5 فیصد سالانہ اضافہ کو یقینی بنایا جا سکتا ہے۔
