کیا آپ ملازمت تلاش کررہے ہیں ؟ اگر ہاں تو کہیں بھاگ دوڑ کی ضرورت نہیں بس گوگل کریں۔
جی ہاں گوگل نے پاکستان میں ملازمت کی تلاش سے متعلق ایک نئے سرچ ٹول کو متعارف کرانے کا اعلان کیا ہے جس میں مشین لرننگ ٹیکنالوجی کی مدد سے لوگوں کی مدد کی جائے گی۔
یہ سرچ ٹول گزشتہ سال دنیا کے مختلف ممالک میں  متعارف کرایا گیا تھا اور اب یہ پاکستانی صارفین کے لیے بھی دستیاب ہوگا۔
اس مقصد کے لیے گوگل سرچ پر جاکر مختلف کی ورڈز جیسے پارٹ ٹائم جابز یا ایسے ہی دیگر کو لکھ کر سرچ کرنے پر ایک خاص موڈیول سامنے آجائے گا، جس پر ایکسپلور جابز کے آپشن پر کلک کرنا ہوگا۔

سرچ پر سامنے آنے والی کسی بھی ملازمت کے رزلٹ پر کلک کرنے اس کے بارے میں ایک جامع انفارمیشن سامنے آجائے گی جیسے جاب ٹائٹل، لوکیشن اور کل وقتی یا جزوقتی وغیرہ۔

اس فیچر میں امیدوار کمپنی کی ویب سائٹ پر بھیج دیا جائے گا تاکہ وہ مزید معلومات یا درخواست جمع کراسکیں۔
یہ فیچر موبائل اور ڈیسک ٹاپ دونوں پر کام کرے گا اور گوگل کے مطابق اس سے ملازمت کے خواہشمند افراد کو اچھے مواقعوں کی تلاش میں مدد مل سکے گی۔
گزشتہ سال اس فیچر کو متعارف کرائے جانے پر گوگل کے سی ای او سندر پچائی نے اپنی بلاگ پوسٹ میں بتایا تھا ‘ ایک نئے اقدام گوگل فار جاب کے ذریعے ہمیں توقع ہیں کہ کمپنیاں اہل امیدواروں تک رسائی حاصل کرسکیں گی جبکہ ملازمت کے خواہشمند افراد کو نئے مواقع مل سکیں گے’۔

سندر پچائی کا کہنا تھا کہ گوگل فار جاب ہماری برادری کو ٹیکنالوجی کے ذریعے مدد فراہم کرنا ہے کیونکہ متعدد افراد کے لیے گوگل سرچ کے ذریعے ملازمت کی تلاش کافی آسان ہوگا۔
